Notes for dealing with LPR print queues:

Search for a printer or printer contact:
Find information about a printer or printer contact.
Chain of Events for Printer Problems:
- User discovers problem.
- User calls the technical contact for the department. If for any reason the
Department Techie cannot be contacted, the user should call the
Helpdesk.
- If the user calls anyone else, the person called should determine
that the Department Techie hasn't been notifed, and gently point
the user to them or to the Helpdesk.
- Department Techie troubleshoots to the best of their ability, if they
can't figure it out, they call the Helpdesk.
- The Helpdesk troubleshoots to the best of their ablility. If the problem is
determined to be a queue problem, the Unix Team is notified. If the problem
is not a queue problem, the Department Contact is notified, or a Helpdesk
person visits the printer.
